Why

OKRs only work really well, when the right Culture, Content & Structures come together. Often the implementation of OKRs is the spark for a Transformation that needs a conductor, who understands and orchestrates all the visible and invisible challenges coming along with the implementation of a holistic Leadership Framework like OKRs: The OKR Champion.

How

The OKR Champion Training is divided in three parts:

• The OKR Online Course is giving you all the basics of OKRs before the Workshop

• The 2-day Workshop dives into the OKR process and prepares you to moderate the implementation

• In Group Coaching Calls we discuss your individual challenges, exchange experience and deepen your knowledge over the next 3 months after the workshop.

The curriculum is designed to give you all the support you need in order to kickstart your OKR implementation and give you all the support you need along the way. This includes not only the input from our coaches, but also the exchange with the group. That way, you will not only get the Coach Perspective, but also benefit from the experiences of other participants. Challenge your own thinking patterns and start your journey towards holistic Leadership with OKRs!

What

There is a lot to cover in order to be prepared for all the challenges that come along with the OKR implementation. As OKR Champions we need to see the challenges and be able to address the underlying root-causes in order to drive organization-wide growth.
In the OKR Champion Advanced Workshops we will look into overarching topics like company Purpose & Values, the role of a good Strategy, different Org-Charts and of course prepare you for all the steps of the OKR implementation and the regular OKR process.
Learn how to moderate OKR Workshops, how to hold efficient Meetings based on OKRs and how to support your peers in the adaption of a new method.

• Coaching Calls are planned bi-weekly and in the whole group.
